Cancellation Policy

If you cannot attend a class/program you have registered for, please let us know as soon as possible so that someone else may attend, as space is limited for each class/program. No refunds can be given if a cancellation is less than 48 hours prior to the class. First Beat Medical reserves the right to cancel/reschedule a class/program due to weather or acts of god.

Due to the fact that our instructors are hired based on student attendance into our classes, students wishing to re-schedule or transfer classes must do so at least 48 hours prior to the start of class registered for. Students may re-schedule 1 time before they forfeit their course registration fees.
